Monday is after Sunday

First ride of the season with personal trainer Dayna. You know, I love my Garmin HR Monitor. I do not, however, like it when I forget to start the timer. Thus, Dayna, I am unable to tell you how far we went (apologies), what our average speed was (apologies) and how my heart was ticking (apologies). I won't do that again. I think I need a checklist for almost anything. And everything. That way, I wouldn't (ever) lose my keys, my wallet, my passport, my pilot's licence, my Bluetooth hair piece and my head. Anyway, felt strong(er) on the hills this time. My neck still hurts. My legs ache (but that's just due to age and nothing more). My heart is full is pennies.

  1. Oh well! Friday? Although I may be slowing down your progress after my losing battle with gravity on Sunday's ride. :( Perhaps some HILL training is in order? As much as I hate to say that four letter word. ;)
