Click on the above. How come there aren't any subcribers? Or are there? I know nothing about computers except that Mac is better.
The physically able among you (Rob) will note the interesting link between max heart rate and terrain, most important, big hills.
Being 230, I am not built for climbing. Hills are painful. The suffering throughout, the noise of my exercise induced asthma (or is it gasping for air) prevents me from feeling happy about having succeeded in not getting of my bike to push it up hill. Oh, the humanity.
I was thinking that maybe one day I'll head over to the Island (no Rob, not for H and B) and get Mister Chiatto to join me on the bike. I'm thinking, maybe he can run along side of me, wait for me at the top of the hill, instead.
Claudio, I love pasta.
Jeff (if you're even there), bite me.
Ellen, stop laughing, I'm at a sensitive (vulnerable) stage.
Rob. That is all.
One often meets his destiny on the road he chooses to avoid it.
I think you should come to the island and yes I will run while you bike...but reality is...you will kick my butt.
ReplyDeleteBTW you should be sore...it's normal.
I like the Garmin site...lots of good info. Your max heart rate is scary
